MIAMI GARDENS, Fla. ā The Miami Dolphins handed out their 2024 team awards on Wednesday, recognizing standout players for their contributions both on the field and in the South Florida community.

Defensive tackle Zach Sieler earned the Dan Marino Most Valuable Player Award, voted on by South Florida media.
A 2024 team captain, Sieler led a dominant defense, ranking among the NFLās best.
He has posted 8.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss, and 17 quarterback hits while also contributing an interception and a forced fumble. Sieler is the first defensive tackle since Ndamukong Suh in 2017 to win the honor.
Defensive tackle Calais Campbell received the Don Shula Leadership Award, voted on by teammates, for his exemplary leadership on and off the field.
In his first season with Miami, the 17-year veteran and team captain recorded 4.0 sacks and 49 tackles while becoming the fourth defensive lineman in NFL history to appear in 250 games.
Linebacker Jaelan Phillips was named the Ed Block Courage Award winner for his professionalism and determination in returning from a season-ending injury in 2023.
Although his 2024 season was cut short again, Phillips remained a role model through his recovery process and community service, including his involvement with the Dolphins Cancer Challenge.
Offensive tackle Terron Armstead received the Nat Moore Community Service Award for his extensive efforts to uplift South Florida youth.
Through his Team Armstead Foundation, he organized back-to-school giveaways, financial literacy programs, and holiday events, providing resources and mentorship to hundreds of children.
The annual awards underscore the playersā athletic achievements and dedication to making a positive impact off the field.
