Khalil Maycock joined the News4JAX team in November 2022 after reporting in Des Moines, IA.
He is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida. During his time there, he did a journalism program study abroad in Cuba. His broadcast career began in Savannah, GA, where he was a bureau reporter.
Khalil grew up in South Florida and is excited to return to the Sunshine State. In his free time, he enjoys hanging with family and eating. If you’d like to recommend a restaurant he should try, or submit a story idea, send him a message!
