Documents suggest building will have 4,000 rooms

Documents filed with the city of Orlando show Universal's parent company wants a hotel that could be one of the largest in Central Florida.

Demolition started on Wet 'n Wild last week.

A new state of the art water park, Volcano Bay, is expected to open in late May on Universal's main property next to the Cabana Bay Resort.

Last year, Universal opened up the Sapphire Falls Resort and announced plans for a sixth resort called Aventura.
