The Las Vegas Raiders have introduced a former Nevada gambling regulator as the franchise’s new president, the first Black woman to hold the title with an NFL team.

Colin Kaepernick is getting his first chance to work out for an NFL team since last playing in the league in 2016 when he started kneeling during the national anthem to protest police brutality and racial inequality.

Raiders owner Mark Davis called it a “dream come true” when he lured Jon Gruden out of the broadcast booth to come back for a second stint as coach in 2018.
