The man responsible for the deadly truck attack in New Orleans on New Year’s Day visited the city twice before and recorded video of the French Quarter with Meta smart glasses.

New Orleans has held a vigil on Bourbon Street to mourn and celebrate the lives of those killed when a man rammed a pickup truck into a crowd, killing and injuring revelers celebrating the new year.

At a Mass celebrated at New Orleans' St. Louis Cathedral, a church leader acknowledged the sense of unease that remains after the New Year's Day truck attack in the French Quarter and asked for prayers for the victims and their families.
