U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy says it is “unacceptable” that two commercial aircraft had to abort landings at a Washington airport this week because of an Army Black Hawk helicopter that was flying to the Pentagon.

In a story published Jan. 15, 2024, about a plane clipping another aircraft at Chicago O’Hare International Airport on Sunday, The Associated Press erroneously reported the name of Delta Air Lines as Delta Airlines in one reference.
