A Brazilian judge has ordered the arrest of a man suspected of being involved in an alleged plot to place explosives at a concert of singer Lady Gaga in Rio de Janeiro.

Brazilian police say they have thwarted a plot to detonate a bomb at Lady Gaga’s concert the night before in Rio de Janeiro, the biggest show of her career that drew some 2.5 million fans to Copacabana Beach.
