A former FBI agent and Pentagon contractor has sued the founder of a conservative nonprofit known for its hidden camera stings.

The Washington Commanders say they have fired an employee after he was shown making derogatory comments about players and fans in undercover video posted on social media.

Criminal prosecutors may soon get to see over 900 documents pertaining to the alleged theft of a diary belonging to President Joe Biden’s daughter after a judge rejected a First Amendment claim by the conservative nonprofit Project Veritas to stop investigators from seeing the records.

Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe said in a speech posted online that he has been removed as the right-wing group’s leader.

Conservative group Project Veritas says the Justice Department had secretly obtained from Apple and Google personal information as part of an ongoing investigation into how the organization received a diary purported to belong to President Joe Biden’s daughter.
