AdDorsey said in October she plans to decide whether Mayorga lacked the mental capacity to sign off on the settlement agreement.

In a motion filed Friday asking to dismiss Mayorga's lawsuit, Ronaldo's legal team acknowledged he paid $375,000 "to maintain the confidentiality of their dispute." Ronaldo's motion argues that Nevada's statute of limitations and the confidentiality agreement bar Mayorga's latest claims. The allegations form the basis of Mayorga's claims of coercion and fraud, racketeering and civil conspiracy, and abuse of process. (CNN) - Soccer superstar Cristiano Ronaldo will not face sexual assault charges in Las Vegas, the Clark County District Attorney's office said Monday. The Las Vegas Metropolitan police reopened the case at her request in August 2018, the Clark County District Attorney's office said in its statement. The request for prosecution was sent to the district attorney's office in July, the statement said. According to Mayorga's lawsuit, Ronaldo asked her to join the group in a jacuzzi and gave her shorts and a T-shirt to wear. The same day, she reported the incident to police and went to the hospital for a sexual assault examination, the lawsuit says.
