A massage therapist was arrested Wednesday on accusations that he sexually battered a client at a Massage Envy in Kendall back in May, authorities said.

MIAMI – Reisner Brizuela’s career as a massage therapist in Florida is at risk after a Massage Envy customer accused him of sexual assault. Although the Miami-Dade County criminal case is still pending, the Florida Department of Health had enough evidence to restrict Brizuela’s license. The victim told officers she was under a blanket when Brizuela began to massage her right upper inner thigh. Officers arrested Brizuela on Sept. 16 and Miami-Dade prosecutors charged him with battery. The record that prompted Rivkees to issue the emergency order was not public on the Florida Department of Health site.

Alecia Tramel claims that when an employee found out she was HIV positive, she was refused service. The incident happened in August at Massage Envy, located at 20633 Biscayne Blvd. According to state records, Massage Envy in Aventura is owned by J&G Holdings of Aventura.
