MIAMI – A downed cable has caused issues for drivers coming from or heading towards Miami Beach.
The cable was seen laying diagonally across the intersection at Northeast 79th Street and Northeast 7th Avenue, just east of U.S. 1.
All lanes of traffic have been closed on 79th Street from U.S. 1 through 7th Avenue, blocking off access to the causeway that connects the mainland to North Bay Village and Miami Beach.
