HOMESTEAD, Fla. – A child was injured Thursday morning after being struck by a car in Homestead, authorities said.
Miami-Dade Fire Rescue officials said the child was airlifted to a hospital after the incident at 1900 NW 10th Terrace.

Sky 10 was above the scene shortly after 8:30 a.m. and saw two bicycles in the bed of a nearby pickup truck.
It's unclear whether the child was riding a bike when the incident happened.
The child's age and condition were not immediately released.
