American Airline's new motto: 'If Santa is flying, so is American'

MIAMI – American Airlines announced Friday afternoon that they have filled all of the holiday season flights, after an error allowed pilots to schedule vacation during the high season.

An agreementĀ between the airlineĀ and the Allied Pilots Association helped to correct the pilot staffing issue, Ā according to American Airlines spokeswoman Alexis Aran Coello.Ā

"By working together, we can assure customers that among the many stresses of the season, worrying about a canceled flight won’t be one of them," Coello said in a statement.Ā "In short, if Santa is flying, so is American."

The airline executives also expressed their appreciation to APA President Capt. Dan Carey and theirĀ 15,000 professional aviators.
