Video shows Tyreek Hill appearing to slap man in back of head in alleged assault incident

Local 10 News obtained new surveillance video from South Florida Radio Host Andy Slater Wednesday that shows Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek appearing to slap a man in the back of his head at Haulover Marina last month.
