Man accused of giving 11-year-old girl 'marijuana gummy,' raping her in Dolphin Mall bathroom

Police arrested a southwest Miami-Dade man Monday on a felony charge after accusing him of giving a girl drugs and raping her in a bathroom at the Dolphin Mall in Sweetwater.
