Dozens of buses damaged, destroyed in Philadelphia storage yard fire

Firefighters responded to a storage yard fire Thursday morning in Philadelphia that damaged about 40 decommissioned regional transportation SEPTA buses. A total of 15 electric buses were also destroyed in the fire.
