Man mistakenly deported to El Salvador to remain in US for now

Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador despite a court order, will remain in U.S. custody for now. A Tennessee judge has ordered both sides to file briefs on whether the government can legally block his deportation.
