FCSO: Florida woman takes off during traffic stop

Flagler County deputies arrested a woman who they said took off from a traffic stop. Deputies stopped 29-year-old Amanda Hale overnight Wednesday. They say the Palm Coast woman rolled down her window about an inch, demanding an explanation as to why she's being pulled over.
