Mourning mother tells judge she wants woman to pay for murdering her son

As a 23-year-old woman accused of fatally shooting a 28-year-old man appeared in front of Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Mindy S. Glazer on Tuesday, a mother was sobbing in the courtroom.
