MIAMI – Rainy weather across south Florida is causing problems for morning commuters.
At least one car stalled on a flooded section of NW 119th St, just west of 32nd Avenue Friday morning. Other cars were seen driving slowly and cautiously through about 6 inches of water, kicking up waves along the way.

The slow pace is causing backups for drivers heading eastbound on 119th, extending back towards Gratigny Parkway.
Motorists should avoid the area and use alternate routes.
Showers will stick around into the morning hours and are expected to clear by the afternoon.
