KEY WEST, Fla. – A curfew is in place from sundown to sunrise for all of the Florida Keys in the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.
Monroe County Sheriff Rick Ramsay called for a dusk-until-dawn curfew until further notice.

"This curfew is necessary due to the unsafe conditions throughout Monroe County and for security," county spokeswoman Cammy Clark said Sunday night.
Clark said anyone out after curfew is subject to arrest.
Florida Highway Patrol troopers were blocking the entrance to the Keys on U.S. Highway 1.
Irma made landfall Sunday morning on Cudjoe Key as a Category 4 hurricane, packing destructive maximum sustained winds of 130 mph.
