PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. — South Florida is under a marginal flood threat (level 1 out of 4) from Friday through the weekend.
Many areas have seen between 3”-6” of rain this week, and several more inches could occur as an upper level disturbance crawls very slowly from east to west across the peninsula.
As we head into the weekend, we’ll find more dry time in the morning hours with those heavy storms and downpours becoming more likely after 2 p.m. each day.

Additional heavy rain on top of what we’ve seen this week will lead to pockets of street flooding, especially in poor drainage neighborhoods. Remember to never drive on flooded roads!
