Honda recalls Odyssey minivans

Seats' defect prompts new Honda recall

MIAMI – Honda Motor Co. issued a recall for Odyssey minivans that will be affecting some 800,000 to 900,000 car owners.

The company will be notifying those affected via mail and will also be updating a VIN database. They will be offering to repair the defective seats of 2011-2017 models.

Honda Motor also issued a recall earlier this year over faulty Takata air-bag inflators.
