Palm Beach State College is also planning to freeze their tuition next month.

The moves come after Governor Rick Scott vetoed a 3 percent tuition hike for state universities.

Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University don't plan on increasing their tuition rates either.

Miami-Dade College hasn't made a decision yet.

Tuition in state universities is determined by the Legislature, but schools are allowed to add a supplemental, "tuition differential" fee plan.
