LOXAHATCHEE, Fla. – Animal Control officers are investigating after horse remains were found in a canal in Palm Beach County.
It appears the remains were dumped in the canal in Loxahatchee.

The investigation into the discovery has just begun, and police said they had no idea who had left the remains in the water.
