Even the littlest fans sported their black hats commemorating the Heat's back-to-back championships. But some fans were told to buy their hats and pick them up later.
"Earlier this morning, they didn't [have any] but I was also here last night," said one fan.
"I missed out last year waiting for the crowds to go away and I missed out and I was determined not miss out this year," said Clarence Hodges.
"I got three shirts and I was trying to get a hat but they ran out of hats, so I might get one during the week," said John Lopez.
Employees clocked in six hours before the store opened to get the floor ready.
"We started around midnight last night right after the Heat win. It's kind of exciting. We had a big line outside, so it was pretty good," said store manager Adrian Isidro. "We start taking out the shirts and start pricing them, making sure they're ready and that the list we have at the cashier is ready so we can price them correctly and just have line control."
