MIAMI – Physical preparations for Sunday's festival stands will not be set up until midnight Saturday.
Southwest Eighth Street will close to traffic that night at 11 p.m.
Maria's Ranch in West Hialeah sells most of its animal product to local vendors who are eagerly preparing for Sunday's event.
Sunday's main stage will be on 27th Avenue and Southwest Eighth Street all the way to 12th Avenue.
