ORLANDO, Fla. – An Orlando mother was arrested on allegations of leaving her 2-year-old twin sons home alone so she could go partying.
Kiria Ferris, 29, was arrested on child neglect charges.

According to a police report, Ferris put plywood up to keep her boys from getting out of their apartment Saturday night.
The boys managed to escape, however, and were found playing by a nearby lake, police said.
Ferris said she tried to get the boys' father to watch them, but he wasn't available and she left them alone to go party.
