Deputies said the thieves used a window punch to smash the glass front door before stealing 50 Brazilian hair weaves displayed behind the cash register, worth about $3,000.

According to detectives, the burglars, who wrapped T-shirts around their faces to hide their identities, did not touch the cash register or steal any other items from the store.

Detectives are searching for two men with medium to dark complexions, possibly black or Hispanic.

The men fled the scene in a white, late-model four-door car, possibly a Lexus.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Detective Dimos Charoudis at 954-422-5829 or Broward County Crime Stoppers at 954-493-TIPS. A reward of up to $3,000 is being offered for information that leads to an arrest and conviction.
