The deputy, accompanied by a store security officer, asked Tebo about stealing a pair of shoes and proceeds to look inside her bag.

When the deputy tells Tebo to put her hands behind her back, a scuffle ensues when she initially refuses. The deputy then pulls Tebo to the ground, while grabbing her neck, saying, "Stop resisting me."

"I'm not going to do anything!" Tebo can be heard yelling in the video.

The deputy then points a taser at Tebo, telling to get on the ground on her back, all while she's pleading for the officer to let her go.

Tebo keeps pleading for a chance to explain while the deputy holds the taser at her body, telling her to get on her stomach with her hands behind her back.

When the officer finally subdues Tebo, blood can be seen next to her head and the deputy says he will call for an ambulance.

“I’m all bruised up banged up everywhere,” Tebo told WTSP.

When questioned about the actions on the video, Pasco County Sheriff Chris Nocco defended his deputy to WTSP.

“We’re trying to put handcuffs on her, she’s trying to fight. I know people will say she’s tiny but a lot of tiny people cause harm,” Nocco told the station.

Tebo, who said she needed four staples in her head to close a wound, was arrested for shoplifting
