Hillary Clinton surprises workers at Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach

Employees vow to vote for Clinton in Florida primary

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A day after the latest Democratic presidential debate, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton made a surprise visit to Miami Beach's famed Fontainebleau Hotel.

"As a cook, that was unexpected for us," hotel employee, Porfirio Oden, said. "I would never expect to see a candidate for the president of the United States with here us in this moment."

Clinton greeted the many workers at the hotel, posing for pictures and sharing a few candid conversations -- all aimed at rallying folks here to get out and vote.

"That was amazing," one woman said about the visit.

Clinton's move appeared to work, leaving many smiles among hotel workers as they promised to mark her name on the ballot for Florida's prized primary.

"We will work very hard for her to accomplish that goal and want her to become the president of the United States," Oden said. "No doubt about it."
