CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – The FBI is trying to identify a man who robbed a Coral Springs bank Thursday morning while wearing an old Florida Marlins hat.
FBI spokesman Jim Marshall said the man entered the Priority One Credit Union branch on University Drive shortly before 11 a.m., displayed a gun and demanded money from an employee.
Marshall said there had been customers inside the bank at the time, but no injuries were reported.
The man got away with an undisclosed amount of money.
A surveillance photograph of the man showed that he was wearing a hat with the old Marlins logo on it, a black shirt with a button-down collar and blue jeans.
Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call the FBI office in South Florida at 754-703-2000.
