Miami Beach cat euthanized after being found with arrow lodged in head, neck

Injuries so severe cat had to be euthanized

MIAMI BEACH, Fla. – A beige cat was euthanized Wednesday in Miami Beach after the feline was found with an arrow through the cat's head and neck, police said.

An arrow or dart was lodged in the cat's skull when he was found Wednesday morning in the 800 block of Collins Court.

The cat was taken to a local veterinarian, but his injuries were so severe that he had to be euthanized.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Miami-Dade Crime Stoppers at 305-471-TIPS.
