MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. - Five teenagers are in custody after a shooting in the parking lot of Stellar Leadership Academy in Northwest Miami-Dade, police said.

According to officers, a fight broke out outside the school for at-risk youth at 7900 NW 27th Ave. on Tuesday afternoon.

At some point, someone fired a gun. Police said one victim was shot in the buttocks and was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

Meanwhile, police followed five boys who fled the scene in a white BMW. They eventually crashed into a tree in the area of Northwest Eighth Avenue and 85th Street.

Sky 10 was above the scene as three of the suspects were seen lying on the ground with their hands bound with zip ties.

Police said five teens are in custody and are being questioned about the shooting.

Right now, a motive is unknown.  Police haven't identified the suspects or the victim.

The victim was found inside a store at The Village Flea Market.

"I was shocked because this was first time I've seen something like this," said Yoon Woo, who runs the store where the shooting victim was found. " I knew he needed help."

Police recovered two guns that may have been involved in the shooting.
