HIALEAH, Fla. – A Hialeah man was arrested early Tuesday morning in connection with the killing of his brother-in-law, authorities confirmed.
According to Hialeah police spokeswoman Adriana Quintana, officers were called to a home in the 2300 block of West 53rd Place at 1:16 a.m. and discovered the body of the victim.

Detectives believe the suspect, Jesús Hernández, and the victim had a dispute a few days prior in which the victim told Hernández that he no longer wanted him in his house.
Quintana said Hernández made death threats to his brother-in-law before following through with those threats Tuesday morning.
He now faces a first-degree murder charge.
No other details about the incident have been released.
