PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – After a windy cold front on Sunday morning, South Florida will experience a breezy day along with a slow temperature rise.
The temperatures in Miami-Dade and Broward counties were in the high 40s and low 50s. A rainmaker is approaching. Temperatures will go up to 84 on Tuesday.
High winds ripped two large trees from the roots on Saturday in Weston.
There were a few flight cancelations out of Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport after a late winter storm affected the northeastern United States on Saturday.
Icy conditions on Saturday were partially to blame for a 73-vehicle crash with injuries in Pennsylvania and other crashes in Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. There were also several inches of snow in Tennessee.
