MIAMI – Francisco Barnett took off his shirt and flexed his muscles before threatening to fight Miami police officers, according to an arrest form released on Monday.
Miami firefighters had extinguished a fire on Sunday in downtown Miami, near Overtown, according to a Miami Police Department’s arrest report

Police officers accused Barnett, 34, of setting the fire near the intersection of Northwest Fourth Avenue and Fifth Street, according to the report.
The officers arrested him on Sunday and he appeared in court on Monday to face charges of second-degree arson and resisting an officer without violence to his person.
Records show Barnett remained at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center on Monday afternoon. His bond was set at $7,500.
