“He forced her to perform a sexual act,” Glazer said in court.

A woman told police officers on Sunday that shortly before 9 a.m., on Saturday, Wallace, 31, requested a urine sample, followed her into the restroom, closed the door, grabbed her head, and forced her to perform oral sex, according to the arrest report.

The woman also told police that Wallace offered her pain medication in exchange for the sex act, according to the police report. Glazer ordered Wallace to stay away from the victim.

“I am also ordering that you stay away from North Shore Medical Center,” Glazer said.

Wallace was facing a charge of second-degree sexual battery. Glazer set his bond at $10,000.
