PEMBROKE PARK, Fla. – In early June, our own Luke Dorris fell in love.
No, Luke's already married and is fine in that department. But when the folks from the Broward County Animal Care and Adoption Center paid a visit to the station on June 4, Luke found a new friend.
The center was showcasing a black Labrador mixed pup up for adoption, but Luke didn't let the dog leave the studio before deciding he and his wife would welcome the dog into the family.
But there's still one problem... the dog doesn't have a name!
So Luke is leaving it up to Local 10 viewers to vote on his new dog's name, with the understanding that he can have final say over the choice, because, well, you know.
