MIAMI – The Miami Marlins took a high school pitcher with the first pick in the MLB draft.
With the No. 13 pick, the Marlins selected Trevor Rogers.

Scouting reports indicate that Rogers has a few kinks to work out before he's ready to reach the major leagues.
