BOCA RATON, Fla. – N’Kosi Perry has a new home. The former Miami Hurricanes quarterback said on Twitter that he is transferring to Florida Atlantic University.

Perry spent some time as the Miami’s starting QB during the 2018 and 2019 seasons, rotating with Malik Rosier in 2018 and Jarren Williams in 2019. He was a backup in 2020 and nearly led the ‘Canes to a comeback victory over Oklahoma State in the Cheez-It Bowl after D’Eriq King suffered a knee injury.

Perry now heads to Boca Raton and an FAU team led by former Florida State coach Willie Taggart.

Perry led Miami to a comeback win over Taggart’s Seminoles in 2018.
