The cat then crossed traffic and made itself comfortable on the other side of the bridge. WATCH A FULL REPLAY BELOW:The cat is sitting on a pole on the 17th Street Causeway bridge over the Intracoastal. They believe it was a feral cat, as there is a large population of them under the bridge. The rescue effort did lead to some temporary traffic delays, but cars are now moving in both directions again.
