A second cruise ship has diverted to the Bahamas, avoiding a U.S. judge’s order to seize one of the company’s vessels.

A cruise ship with hundreds of passengers has diverted to the Bahamas after a U.S. judge granted an order to seize the vessel as part of a lawsuit over $4 million in unpaid fuel.

The warrant gives authorities the ability to seize the ship if it enters U.S. waters.
