Ginsburg makes history at Capitol amid replacement turmoil

Ginsburg died at the age of 87 on Sept. 18 and is the first women to lie in state at the Capitol. As visitors paid tribute at Ginsburg’s casket, resting atop the catafalque used for Abraham Lincoln, the Bidens quietly joined.
