Cspedes expects to be DH for Mets on opening day

Cspedes said hes feeling good and is confident that hell also play left field at some point this season. I think whether its a good day or a bad day, my mentality has always been strong. Tanaka is to throw batting practice again on Sunday, likely 35-40 pitches.
Smith leads Marlins past White Sox 5-1
CHICAGO - Caleb Smith retired his first 17 batters and cruised through seven innings of two-hit ball, and the Miami Marlins beat the Chicago White Sox 5-1 Tuesday night. Smith (6-4) worked perfectly through a depleted White Sox lineup before walking Adam Engel and Leury Garcia with two outs in the sixth.
