A few Republicans are reacting with indignation after the Senate parliamentarian advised that some of the measures in their tax and immigration bill could not be included in the legislation.

A U.S. congressman from Florida who was seriously injured in a tree-trimming accident in Sarasota says he has been discharged from the hospital and is recovering at home.

The office of Florida congressman Greg Steube says he sustained several injuries in an accident at his home on Florida's Gulf Coast.
