Former Vice President Kamala Harris stepped on the NAACP Image Awards stage with a sobering message, calling the civil rights organization a pillar of the Black community and urging people to stay resilient and hold onto their faith during President Donald Trump’s tenure.

The Wayans family, who through film, TV, sketch and stand-up comedy, have both entertained and created countless jobs both on and off camera in Hollywood, will be feted at this year’s NAACP Image Awards.

The MTV Video Music Awards later this month will have not one emcee but three, with rap stars LL Cool J, Nicki Minaj and Jack Harlow all set to anchor the ceremony.
