PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. – A Miami woman has died of injuries she received in a motorcycle crash on Tuesday in Pembroke Pines, police said.
Estefania Hoyos, 27, was a passenger on a motorcycle that struck a 2016 Lincoln MKT on Pines Boulevard and 168th Avenue around 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Pembroke Pines police said.

Both Hoyos and the driver, 32-year-old Esteban Escobar, were thrown from the motorcycle. Escobar of Weston was also seriously injured in the crash. He is still being treated at the intense care unit of Memorial Regional Hospital.
The driver of the Lincoln, 71-year-old Euguene Krug, of Pembroke Pines, was unhurt. Police said Krug turned into the path of the motorcycle.
The crash remains under investigation, but Krug could face charges for his role in the accident, police said.
