HIALEAH, Fla. – Florida Highway Patrol troopers and Hialeah Fire Rescue responded to the scene after an 18-wheeler overturned on the Gratigny Parkway off-ramp from the Palmetto Expressway.
Sky 10 was above the scene just after 6 a.m. Tuesday as the ramp was closed to traffic.
According to FHP Lt. Alex Camacho, the tractor-trailer was heading north on the Palmetto Expressway when the driver lost control on the off-ramp to the Gratigny.
Camacho said the tractor trailer drove off the roadway, onto an embankment, where it overturned.
No injuries were reported.
One travel lane was blocked after the crash.
