Voters in all three counties made their selections for multiple congressional races that will ultimately face off in the November General Election.
In Broward County, Democratic voters also selected their choice for Broward sheriff, which will also be decided in the General Election in November, but there were also multiple Broward School Board seats that were decided in Tuesday’s election.
In Miami-Dade, voters selected their choice for Miami-Dade sheriff – a newly created elected position in the county.
The winners from each major political party will face off in November.
Incumbent Miami-Dade County Mayor Daniella Levine Cava and incumbent Miami Gardens Mayor Rodney Harris held onto their seats Tuesday.
And in Monroe County, voters selected their choice for District 5 county commissioner.
They also made their selections for Republican state committeeman and committeewoman and Republican candidate for Monroe County Supervisor of Elections.
In Key West, two commission seats were up for grabs.
